Job Summary
To design, implement and manage on an on-going basis the
student recruitment web experience that reflects the EDMC brand
positions in addition to supporting the inquiry, application,
new student targets and per student acquisition cost goals of
each of the three educational entities. The producer serves
as a liaison between Web Strategies, Marketing and Admissions,
and develops and holds a thorough understanding of all
elements, processes associated with the student recruitment
process. The candidate for this position approaches his/her
work with a “game changing” attitude; with a desire to make
a true impact in online education.
Key Job Elements
Web strategy development including ensuring the
brand position comes to life through our recruitment websites
and supports a consistent web-based end to end student
experience. Creates web environments to support the student
recruitment goals and provide automation that supports growth
and scale to the organization.
Provide leadership on web solutions
development for the OHE organization. Develop and manage
scope, resources and project plans to deliver appropriate web
solutions.
Partner with OHE Marketing organization to
implement marketing strategies.
Ownership for content management: Ensuring the
correctness, freshness of the content.
Ownership for operational results of recruitment
websites. Personally manage and drive daily performance of
metrics against internal requirements as well as competitive
positioning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or similar field required.
eCommerce or web concentration desirable.
MBA desirable
Must be completely fluent in Web Analytics - 2 + years of
experience required
2 + years of experience as a Web producer preferred
Knowledge and understanding of information architecture and
web usability - 3+ years of experience preferred
Must have 1 year of demonstrated experience with search
engine optimization
Solid Understanding of all aspects of Web analytics software.
Omniture software experience a plus.
